The RC 390 is built around one idea: a small, hard-edged sportbike that lets a rider work on line, lean, and braking without ever feeling overwhelmed. The 373 cc liquid-cooled single makes 44 hp at 9,000 rpm and 27 lb-ft at 7,000 rpm, and the whole package is light enough that those numbers land harder than they read. City work is easy, running costs stay low, and the aftermarket support means an owner can keep building on it for years. Who it suits: a rider who wants to sharpen technique on tight, twisting roads or a circuit, not one chasing straight-line speed. That single runs out of breath on a long highway slog, and the riding position is committed. Neither is a flaw, but both are real.
