125 Enduro R (MY2025)
Small, Light, Real Enduro
The Machine's Character
The 125 Enduro R is KTM's small-bore trail tool built around a liquid-cooled single making 15 hp at 10,000 rpm and 8 lb-ft at 7,750 rpm. Those numbers read thin on paper and matter far less here than what surrounds them. You get 9.1 inches of travel at both ends, 10.7 inches of ground clearance, a 21/18 wheel pairing, and a 58.1-inch wheelbase that keeps things honest in tight terrain. ABS and a slipper clutch are standard, and a TFT display sits up front. This is a proper enduro layout with a plate on the back, not a commuter dressed in knobbies.
Ridden the way it wants to be ridden, this bike rewards momentum and clutch work over horsepower. It's for the rider who values getting through a section cleanly rather than blasting out of it, and it ages well because there's little on it to go wrong and plenty of aftermarket support when something does. Two honest caveats. The 35.0-inch seat is tall, and short riders will feel every bit of it. And the 2.4-gallon tank sets a firm limit on how far you go between fill-ups, which shapes the kind of day you can plan around it.
