What makes each one tick

2019 CBR650R

Down low the 2019 CBR650R's inline-four pulls smoothly and without fuss, but it's near the top of the tach that the engine starts to rush. Low revs don't bring much shove. There's serious stopping power in the Nissin four-piston calipers each time the brake lever comes in. The bite builds steadily the harder you squeeze.

2024 CBR650R

On the 2024 CBR650R the E-Clutch handles every takeoff and shift by itself, yet there's still a manual override when you want it. The riding position won't punish you. Up top, the intake and exhaust howl toward redline.
