FE 350 PRO (MY2025)

4.5 / 5 NastyNils Rating · against its class

Race-Ready Right Off The Crate

The Machine's Character

The FE 350 PRO is the mid-size enduro with the race parts already bolted on. At its heart sits a free-revving 350 cc four-stroke single fed by Keihin throttle-body injection, hung in a chromoly steel frame with a hybrid polyamide and aluminum subframe. Up front work WP XACT closed-cartridge forks, and both ends are adjustable. Traction control, ride modes and a quickshifter come standard. The white powder-coated frame and in-mold graphics tell everyone it's the PRO. In its class, this is the one built for technical terrain straight from the crate.

It rides light and precise, and that's the point: a 350 gives you rideability instead of brute force, which in tough terrain beats peak power every time. It's for the experienced off-road rider who wants competition-level hardware without building the bike piece by piece. Be honest with yourself about the upkeep, though. Ride it hard in deep sand or mud and the clutch plates wear and start to slip, fork seals can weep after muddy days or a pressure washer, and the plastics can crack on impact. There's no ABS and the tank holds 2.1 gal (8 L). A tool, not a tourer!

Known issues

  • Clutch slippage under load

    drivetrain occasional

Clutch may slip during hard acceleration or in deep sand/mud; typically traced to worn plates accelerated by aggressive riding.

  • Fork seal leakage

    suspension occasional

Some owners report front fork seals weeping oil, especially after muddy rides or pressure washing, leading to reduced damping if not addressed.

  • Plastic bodywork prone to cracking

    bodywork rare

Plastic components such as side panels and number plates can crack or break on impacts, with some owners opting for aftermarket reinforcement.

The 'Should I Buy It?' Score

Forget spec-sheet bragging. Here's who the FE 350 PRO is actually built for.

Factory Butte in Utah's high desert badlands, captured in daylight under clear blue sky. The formation's distinctive multi-colored strata and steep erosional gullies dominate the frame. Arid terrain with minimal vegetation stretches across the foreground and background. Typical American Southwest landscape.

Best motorcycle for Moab?

Slickrock, sand and technical ledges are exactly what this bike is built for: light, 13.5 in of clearance, adjustable suspension. Pack fuel for long days and watch the clutch in deep sand.

Best motocross bike for Loretta Lynns?

Honest answer: this is an enduro, built for technical terrain and easy rideability, not a motocross bike. It'll go around a closed course, but if gate drops are your life, buy a real MX machine.

Best motorcycle for BDR routes?

For multi-day backcountry routes, I'd steer you elsewhere. A 2.1 gal (8 L) tank, no luggage system and a 37.5 in seat make logistics hard. It's a brilliant day bike, not a travel bike.

Alternatives to the Husqvarna FE 350 PRO

If this one isn't quite the fit, these are the bikes worth riding back-to-back against it.

Any price note compares both bikes at the same age — the youngest age both have on the used market — against this Husqvarna FE 350 PRO. “cheaper/pricier” is what that bike costs second-hand, not how worn it is.
