Blacked-Out Factory Muscle
The Low Rider S is Harley's blacked-out performance cruiser, built around a 1923 cc air-cooled 45° V-twin making 112 hp and 128 lb-ft. The torque lands in the middle of the rev range, where you actually use it on the road. The narrow Softail chassis runs an upside-down fork, a 19-inch front wheel and a fat 180-section rear, and the electronics are all there from the factory: ABS, traction control, ride modes, cruise control, LED headlight. None of it is decorative. The bike reads as one clean, dark, deliberate shape from ten feet away, and it holds up at arm's length.
It rides lighter than it weighs. All 670 lb sits low, so once you're rolling it changes direction with far less effort than the number suggests, and it stays composed at the pace most people actually travel. This is the Harley for a rider who wants the presence and the sound without giving up modern electronics or the ability to enjoy a twisty road. The honest caveat is everything under about 10 mph: parking lots, tight U-turns, and loose driveways ask for commitment. The front fork also gives you nothing to adjust if the standard ride isn't quite your taste.
Spec sheets don't ride bikes, but they set the baseline.

The rear brake line (p/n 41800974) may contact the BCM, potentially rubbing through and causing a brake fluid leak and loss of rear braking. Dealers will inspect and add clearance as necessary.

Forget spec-sheet bragging. Here's who the Low Rider S FXLRS is actually built for.
Sound, stance, and a bike that looks right parked in a row of them. This one delivers all of that and still rides to the rally under its own steam without feeling like a costume.
