NSC Vision 110 (NSC110 JF67)
Honda's Sharpest Urban Razor
The Machine's Character
The NSC Vision 110 is Honda keeping things simple on purpose. A 108 cc air-cooled single makes 9 hp at 7,500 rpm and 7 lb-ft, a twist-and-go CVT does the shifting, and a belt takes care of final drive. That's the whole recipe. It sits on a steel tube frame with a 16-inch front wheel and a 14-inch rear, weighs 225 lb (102 kg) wet and comes with a center stand from the factory. There's no electronics suite and no screen to scroll through. In the scooter class, this is the honest, frugal end of the shelf. On purpose!
Read the spec sheet and the job is obvious: city streets and town traffic. A top speed of 53 mph (86 km/h) tells you the highway isn't its world, so don't buy it for that. What the hardware does point to is economy and ease: 109 mpg from a 1.4 gal (5.2 L) tank, a 30.7 in (780 mm) seat height and a simple air-cooled engine with little to look after. It's built for the rider who just needs to get to work, the shops or the station every day without fuss or big running costs. That's Honda's whole brief here: make daily life easier. Simple as that.
