250 EXC-F CHAMPION EDITION (MY2025)

Race Day Colors, Real Dirt

The Machine's Character

The Champion Edition is the 250 EXC-F wearing its race record on the bodywork. Under the factory graphics sits a 250 cc liquid-cooled single making 30 hp and 18 lb-ft, hung in a light steel frame with 11.8 inches of travel up front and 12.2 inches at the rear. The WP units at both ends adjust by hand, no tools needed, and the bike leaves the crate with a quickshifter, selectable ride modes and a radiator fan. It is a limited run built to celebrate what the orange bikes have won, and it is specified accordingly.

This is a genuine race enduro that happens to be road legal, not a trail bike dressed up. It wants revs and rewards a rider who keeps it spinning, and the six-speed gearing lets you pick a way through slow technical ground rather than fighting it. With 13.7 inches of ground clearance, ledges and rock steps pass underneath instead of into the cases. It suits the experienced off-road rider who wants racing capability without building a bike first. The caveats are plain: a 37.8 inch seat, a 2.2 gallon tank, and hardware that expects a rider who maintains it properly.
