Jarvis Spec, Hard Enduro Ready

The Machine's Character

The Jarvis Edition is Husqvarna's limited-production tribute to Graham Jarvis, a legend of hard enduro, and underneath it's the TE 300i. That means a 293 cc fuel-injected two-stroke single, liquid-cooled, with a six-speed gearbox in a steel trellis frame. What sets this one apart is how it's dressed: factory race-team graphics, a blacked-out frame and seat cover, and a blue rear sprocket. That's the Husqvarna formula when it works: the styling carries a famous name, and the hardware beneath it is serious enduro equipment, not a lifestyle shell. Looks with substance.

On paper, everything points at technical terrain. The 44 hp and 29 lb-ft matter less here than what surrounds them: adjustable suspension front and rear with 11.8 in (300 mm) of travel at each end, 14.2 in (360 mm) of ground clearance, and a 90/90-21 front with a 140/80-18 rear. The seat sits at 37.4 in (950 mm), and the 2.2 gal (8.3 L) tank says day rides, not long hauls. It's built for you if your riding means rock gardens, roots and steep climbs, where usable pull counts for more than peak numbers. Pure hard enduro.

The 'Should I Buy It?' Score

Forget spec-sheet bragging. Here's who the TE 300i Jarvis Edition is actually built for.

Factory Butte in Utah's high desert badlands, captured in daylight under clear blue sky. The formation's distinctive multi-colored strata and steep erosional gullies dominate the frame. Arid terrain with minimal vegetation stretches across the foreground and background. Typical American Southwest landscape.

Best motorcycle for Moab?

Your best fit: adjustable suspension, 14.2 in of ground clearance and a hard enduro build aim squarely at slickrock ledges and technical sand. Plan fuel carefully around the 2.2 gal tank.

Made for Kane Creek Recreation Area · Moab · Imperial Sand Dunes Recreation Area

Best motocross bike for Loretta Lynns?

The adjustable suspension and 11.8 in of travel give it real closed-course potential, but it's a hard enduro tool first. If racing motos is your whole plan, a dedicated motocrosser fits better.

Made for Loretta Lynn's Ranch · Carnegie State Vehicular Recreation Area · Pala Raceway

Best motorcycle for BDR routes?

A partial fit: the 2.2 gal tank and 37.4 in seat height make this a hard enduro day-ride tool, not a machine for loaded, multi-day BDR logistics.

Made for Arizona Backcountry Discovery Route · Southern California Backcountry Discovery Route · Colorado Backcountry Discovery Route
