CVO Road Glide ST FLTRXSTSE (MY2024)
The Bagger Built For Speed
The Machine's Character
The CVO Road Glide ST is Harley-Davidson's big touring bagger rebuilt around the rider alone. The plush extras and the passenger accommodation are gone, and the focus moves to performance. At its heart sits the Milwaukee-Eight 121 High Output, a liquid-cooled 45° V-twin of 1977 cc. It makes 126 hp and 145 lb-ft and sends them through a six-speed gearbox and a belt. Harley wraps that engine in a full modern package: adjustable suspension at both ends, ABS, traction control, ride modes, cruise control, a slipper clutch, and a TFT screen with Apple CarPlay and navigation. In the touring class, it is the performance-minded outlier.
Out on the highway it feels planted and unbothered at speed, and the build quality is what you expect from a CVO. If you like to personalize a bike, the aftermarket support behind this platform is about as deep as it gets. This bike is for the solo rider who wants Harley sound and presence, plus modern electronics and a sharper edge than a classic bagger. The honest caveat is that it is built around one person. The deep solo seat and forward-set foot controls commit you to a more aggressive stance than a traditional tourer. If your touring means two-up weeks on the road, this is not your bike.

If this one isn't quite the fit, these are the bikes worth riding back-to-back against it.
Any price note compares both bikes at the same age — the youngest age both have on the used market — against this Harley-Davidson CVO Road Glide ST FLTRXSTSE. “cheaper/pricier” is what that bike costs second-hand, not how worn it is.
